IMovie

What are your options when it says there is not enough disc space at the selected destination? I don’t want to clear any space off my imovie. It’s 14mins.

Confirm that the message is correct by checking your available disk space. If the message is correct, and you don't have enough disk space at the selected destination, you have three options:

  1. Free up some space at the destination;
  2. Change the destination.
  3. Make the movie shorter.

Is your destination an external disk drive? If so, what is the format of the drive. If it is Fat 32 then you are limited to 4GB for any one file.

Is your destination your internal disk? If so, possibly you can move some files to an external drive. You can also go to iMovie/Preferences and delete the render files to free up some space.
