I'm writing some notes in Pages, and since it's became quite a long file, I've structured it by points (1. 2. 3., etc.). I'd like to know if it's possible to put the point title (i.e. 1. Introduction) in the header/footer automatically.
I checked Word, and they give you a lot of of options, but I don't know how to do it in Pages.

The answer is no because Pages is no Word clone and what you want to do is unsupported in Pages. Use Word for tricky features like this.
