Is it possible to add the section title to the header or footer in Pages?

Hello,

I'm writing some notes in Pages, and since it's became quite a long file, I've structured it by points (1. 2. 3., etc.). I'd like to know if it's possible to put the point title (i.e. 1. Introduction) in the header/footer automatically.

I checked Word, and they give you a lot of of options, but I don't know how to do it in Pages.
