Pages: Title for the List of Contents

Hi. I need to add the title to my list of contents. I basically just need to put the word CONTENTS at the top of the list of contents and I don't know how.

You could create a text box, key in Contents and make it invisible by giving it a colour of white (if there is no background colour), and drag it to the top.
