I am wondering why when I am using certain apps on my phone that when looking on our DATA it’s showing as STUN app. And it’s only showing up on my device and not my husbands. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks so much

Are you the only one using Facetime or Wifi calling?
Well it is usually associated with VOIP (voice over internet) so it isn’t surprising.
Lets just say if it fails then Facetime will fail.
It’s in our internet traffic per our router my husband said. And said there are about 5 other devices connected but they don’t ever show a STUN protocol. So we aren’t sure why it’s only coming from my phone
Yeah when he is looking at the internet traffic on the router it’s ONLY mine and I guess it’s a lot of it. And we don’t know what app when I am using that it’s showing up as that. Is there a way of fixing that?
You are asdiming there is something that needs fixing .
Best advice is if you need to ask what these diagnostics are, don’t look at diagnostics.
Using Apple devices you are safe unless you jail break them.

No we both use FaceTime and our wife
It’s just confusing why it’s only showing up on my device only. And have never jail broke my phone
So you are safe.
To be extra safe you can change the admin password on the router from the default.
