all of a sudden,

my IPhone 8 plus is telling me my phone is not activated. I have had this phone for about 9 months. Can anyone tell me what may have happened?

A tip for you Jack, if you look up to the top left you will see Related Articles and below that the knowledge base article the OP came here from which is this case is the article you sent them back to.

I would suggest they go back to the article and proceed to the last step.
