Device replacement
I purchased a phone for my wife yesterday, but she didn’t like it’s color. Is it possible to replace this unused device for a one with a different color? I don’t want to waste my time by returning it and buy a new one.
Within 14 days you can return it for a refund and buy another colour with the proceed if you bought it from Apple Store or online.
If you bought it from 3rd party store, it's their return policy.
