AirPod Max Ear Cup Skin Irritation

I saw maybe one other post about this but has anyone else developed a rash on the edges of their ears? I gave my ears a break from the the Maxes and the rash went away.

allergy to earpod cords A lot of people say they're allergic to earbud tips. Does anyone else have an allergic reaction to the wire cords? I get red rashes on my neck wherever the wires have been. I had to try out a couple brands until I found some that didn't cause problems but I know the Apple ones do cause allergic reactions for me. If so, does anyone know what the wire cords are made of so I can identify what I'm allergic to?

Why my hears itch? I purchased my AirPods 2nd Gen November or December last year. I wore them and my heats started itching I stopped using them for a few weeks and started using them again and my heats itch as soon as I wear them. This never happened with my first pair of AirPods.
