M1 macbook pro power adaptor isn’t working 2 days after use. Can i get it replaced by apple?

I bought the m1 macbook pro a few weeks ago as a present and it’s only just been used now. Last night i went to go charge the mac and found it wasn’t charging. This morning, to check, i replaced the mac power adapter with the my iphone one and it was charging again meaning it’s the power adaptor that’s the problem. Will apple be able to send me a new power adaptor seeming as it’s only been 3 weeks since i’ve bought it and 2 days since it’s broken or will i have to buy a new one? Thanks

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this. So, contact Apple Support, seeing if a replacement is an option.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And that makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
