I am thinking to have apple watch 6, however, i changed my phone from apple to android. but still i have MacBook.
Will it be any problem/issue if i buy apple watch? is it easily compatible/pair with MacBook? or do i really need iPhone or MacBook to have apple watch?

You need an iPhone. A MacBook is certainly nice to have, but in order to use an Apple Watch, you must have an iPhone.
There may an alternative though. If a family member has an iPhone, you may be able to use Family Setup: Set up an Apple Watch for a family member - Apple Support.
