I have two iPhones, one 12 and one 12 pro, both fully updated both running the fully updated Chase App yet only the iPhone 12 gives me notification badges and or the ability to toggle them on or off, wondering why don't I have the same options on the 12 pro? Chase.com is useless cause they said it was a iOS issue. Thanks for the help.

We understand that you're missing the Badges section for the Notifications settings for the Chase app. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.
Let's try offloading the app from your iPhone, then installing it again. Offloading removes the app from your device but keeps its documents and data. You can do that by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Chase, then select to offload the app.
Deleting the app will do the same thing, but will also remove the app's related data from your device.
Once this is done, locate the app in the App Store and install it again.

You'll want to connect with the app developers and ask them for additional support. The settings and options available for the app is something that is provided by the developer. This includes what you see in Notifications.
