When I open a photo and tap Edit and then open Markup, I can do things like add text, but all forms of drawing, highlighting, etc., do nothing. I can select the tool but when I drag around, no art is added. I've been using this feature for years, so I know how it works. It's just stopped working. I have restarted my iPad, but that did not help.

I have the Pencil but it's in my bag and I wasn't using it. Apparently, you have to manually go in to the markup tool's "..." settings and turn ON "Draw with Finger."

In order to understand what is happening further, we have a few questions.
Are you able to see the drawling tool in other applications, such as the Notes application?
When was the last time it was working?
Is this happening across all photos?
