My 2013 MacBook Pro has multiple colored line on left side of screen. Jus happened. Not dropped, using and a few appeared. I touched the screen and more appeared. What is happening???

If touching or moving the Display changes the behavior, then you have a bad cable or LCD Panel which requires the Display Assembly to be replaced. A 2013 model is considered "Vintage" by Apple so a repair is only possible at an Apple Authorized Service Provider as long as the necessary part is still available.
