Apple cash on broken phone
My phone broke, like water damaged totally gone, and I had money in apple cash on there. Not apple pay as a card, but apple cash. Will I get the money back through iCloud when I get a new phone?

Well, rest assured that you will still be able to access your Apple Pay and Apple Cash. The balance and account information is held in your Apple ID account.
