Safari and App Store will not connect after Cox serviced internet
Good Afternoon!
On Monday morning our ISP, Cox, was doing upgrades in our area. Afterward, all my devices reconnected to the internet just fine with one exception. Safari and the App Store will not connect to the internet. I can get my email just fine through Mail and I can use a different web browser.
When I open Safari, I get the blue spinning beach ball and when I try to connect to the App Store, it says it cannot connect.
Has anyone ever experienced this before? Initially I was going to delete Safari and try to reinstall it but without App Store access, I can't do that. I also am unable to click on any of the menus in Safari to clear cache or anything like that.
Does anyone have any advice about how to proceed?
