Apple ID Compromised

Someone has happened in and is able to read my texts. I recently borrowed my partners MacBook who had a very weak password. I set up my Apple ID on the MacBook but I think they got in that way.

I’ve changed every password that I can think of but I’m afraid they may still have access.

How can I be sure I’m no longer exposed?
