Since I got 14.5 I get a daily reminder that I cannot trust my personal email certificate. Prior to this version , I could click on trust this certificate. That is not an option now . Where can I tell IOS to trust the cert?

These two articles are not in synch with IOS 14.5 I reinstalled both mail accounts and I was asked during setup if I trusted the account. But iff you click through too fast, you do not get the pop-up asking about trust. Go slowly through the prompts.

Under the trusted root certificates, you can no longer trust anything, only see what is available. 14.5 evidently made my old trusted certs invalid.

Thanks for getting back with us about this, jmbarry. The instructions in the article are applicable to any iOS version beyond iOS 10.3, so this should still work with your device. Have you removed the email account and added it back, to see if the prompt came back up again? If that does not work, please let us know and we can definitely investigate further to make sure your iPhone is working as it should be.

Thanks and have a lovely evening.

We're here to continue looking into this with you, jmbarry. To confirm, when you got the popup as you added the account back, were you given the option to trust it? Or did it just say it was invalid and to close the window? Also, since you've taken that step, does the popup occur every day or was it just that once?

Please let us know. Take care.
