Keychain Access repeatedly crashes in Big Sur
My Keychain Access application continuously crashes every single time I open it.

Can you post the crash log? Go to Console app and look for diagnostic report on the left hand side.

Sorry. It’s under crash reports. You could have multiple crash reports and reports for other apps. Try to find the most recent Keychain Access crash report. But otherwise, that last crash log you posted was the kind of thing I’m looking for.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. The Mac is fully upgraded. The Keychain Access application will stop responding whether it is the only application running or if there are multiple ones. What other information do you need to work on this problem?

If it were a a problem with anything from 11.2.3 to 11.4, several million people would have already noticed it by now. If you have a crash report, it might have some indication of what is causing the crash. Might not too.
You can’t create a crash report. If it is crashing, then you can post a crash report. But if it is just locking up, then that is something different. Alas, I’m forbidden from linking to my app that might help explain why it would be locking up. But if you have a crash report, that’s something I’m allowed to ask for.

Hi, the problem recurs. The machine ran seemingly better after a safe boot, but I'm back to where I started with the app freezing. Also any login using a stored keychain is painfully slow.

Should I run the crash report when the Keychain application is not responding or after I force quit the application when it has become frozen?
