My Apple TV Remote is not the new one introduced by Apple just now. It’s just a siri remote with white edged menu button. When playing games on TV I pressed the menu button but it doesn’t pause the game. Even pairing remote does not pair. Please help and How to Pair remote in tvOS 14.5

If only the Menu button’s response is affected, and across all apps, then it the issue may be mechanical/in hardware.
If the button is responsive for other apps, then the issue isn’t pairing, and you are advised to contact the game publisher.

Pairing remote is still the problem I pressed Menu and + at the same time it doesn’t show me the option to pair remote.
Also, The Menu button sometime work in a certain game and it does not.
