My daughter has an iPhone XR. After a FaceTime call her screen stayed stuck. It was unfocused and her phone stayed with the camera on as if she was still on FaceTime. We tried doing another FaceTime but it was not going through.

We're glad you reached out about this. Try to force restart the iPhone first to get it back up and running:
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
Even though it's not the Apple logo, this video will help with similar steps to follow:
Let us know if the iPhone remains frozen or stuck at this screen. Consider removing the case as well, just in case it's pressing any buttons accidentally.
