Hi gohar177,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that the side button isn't working and doesn't ring when you're placing an outgoing call. If there is not physical damage to the button, you can clean it from dirt using the steps in the link Cleaning your iPhone. Remove any cases, attachments, or screen protectors that may be in the way of the button.

Look at If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker for the issue with no sound.
