Suddenly Missing Health App

I had the Health App on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and suddenly it's gone from the home screen where I'd placed it. When I scroll down from the main home screen, I see it under "Siri Suggestions", but when I tap and hold, I do not get the option to update home screen and then be able to move back where I had it. How can I get the individual app back? Going to the App store yields nothing; the Health app is not there when I search for it.

This is not what I asked; I know about this. I see the Health app when I do this, but how do I move it back where it was on one of my home screens where it used to be? When I press and hold it, I do NOT get the option to "Edit Home Screen" so can I move it elsewhere. When I press and hold it, I get "Summary", "All Health Data", "Browse" and "Medical ID".
