Apps don't work on iOS 14.5.1

After updating to iOS 14.5.1 many apps stopped launching. E.g. Angry Birds Seasons, Space, Star Wars; Infinity Blade I, II, III etc.

I asked Rovio for support but got an answer: 'I understand you might be confused about the game not opening at all after updating the iOS system. Please be kindly informed that some of the older games after being discontinued back in May 2018 did not receive any more updates and once your system is updated to the most recent one, they have no longer an opportunity to sign the certificate,

hence cannot be opened. Apple has automatically updated some apps with the new certificate (i.e. Nibblers) but since the old Angry Birds games are not available, Apple will likely not touch those. Unfortunately, there is no plan to update those old games like Seasons and Go'.

So I paid for IPhone 8, I paid for apps, but now due to Apple iOS updating I can't use my favorite games.

I ask Apple to fix this bug and automatically update well-known apps such as Angry Birds series, Infinity Blade series etc.

Rovio updated Angry Birds Seasons and Space couple days ago so these apps work on iOS 14.6. I'm still waiting for Angry Birds Star Wars and Star Wars II updating from Rovio too.

It’s sad when you “buy” a game that it can just be unusable o e day. So bizarre that these updates make games invalid. That seems like poor planning on the part of Apple. This has happened to me a few times. The lates was Angry Birds. I’ve been working my way through the original again. I like it so much better than the cluttered and user unfriendly 2, which I downloaded and promptly deleted. Very sad.
