i dropped my phone a few days ago, and it is now saying my battery isn’t verified, even though i have not changed it. why is it saying this and how do i fix it?

Whether you see physical damage caused from the drop or not, it appears internal damage may been sustained. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius and tell Apple what happened. They'll tell you your options.
