Open the app to access data in it.
R-T-A-G ~ It's long shot, but anyway... In Apple's Files app:
Browse > Locations > On my iPhone
...is the app listed there?

A brilliant answer to a not so sophisticated formulated question. Of course, this is the preferred way. But after the recent iOS update, the app doesn't start anymore. I needed to download a new version of the app (it was PM2 and now is PocketMoney), but the new version doesn't "see" or can't connect the data of the old version. Unfortunately, I stored the data not in a cloud service (neither iCloud nor Dropbox). It is stored, obviously, only on the phone.
The correct question therefore is: How can I access the data (the database file in this case) that is stored on the iPhone to transfer it to another location so that I can open it with another appropriate software. e.g. the new PocketMoney app or another database software?
No -- there are some folders named like some apps, but no folder called "PocketMoney" or similar.
Where is the database data stored?
Do you have any clue?
