Where did the "Purchased" playlist go in Apple Music?

I just upgraded my home system from a 2009 Mac Pro to a MacBook Pro 16", and MacOS Big Sur. Bye bye, iTunes. All off my music previously purchased or imported with iTunes copied over just fine- but where is the "Purchased" playlist that used to reside at the top of the playlists, where all of my downloads would appear after I purchased them? I used to use that playlist to store and play all of my single song purchases. All of my other albums, I organize into separate playlists (think of them as cassette copies of my pristine vinyl albums). Where do my purchases go after I download them? And is there any way to easily restore the Purchased playlist?

Hi Terry Smelker,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with a Purchased Playlist in Music for Mac.

You should be able to create a Smart Playlist that specifies Purchased music only. Check out: Create, edit, and delete Smart Playlists in Music on Mac.

If you do find you are missing any Purchased music, you can always redownload it with the same Apple ID used to purchase it: Download previous iTunes Store purchases in Music on Mac.

Have a fantastic day!
