I cant update my software to anything! The app store doesn't find any new updates and I cant download high sierra.. Please help. The apple site doesn't help at all I'm just circling the links, I cant connect to customer service because Im not in the USA.

Personally, I would upgrade it to the current version -- Big Sur but the link for High Sierra in How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support does take me to High Sierra in the App Store. I couldn't go farther than that as I have Big Sur installed. There is a Contact Support link at the top right of this page.
My mac is from 2015 ! There is no "software update" available anywhere in the mac menu -> about this mac. It opens a really weird version of the App Store. I tried to download High Sierra but when i try to open it and install it a pop-up notification appears that "I need mac os 10.13 for this version"
