Macbook Air M1 (FileVault password)

An error occurred on my Macbook Air M1 and the laptop stopped loading after apple screen. Recovered through the Apple Configurator 2. After that, I entered my apple id and password, but the FileVault password is not recovered. Please help! I have very important files there.

In Recovery Mode get into Utilities >> Terminal and type passwordreset ( One Word and not spaces ) and press return key - follow the prompts and remember the new password as that will be required.
