I am starting to see multiple horizontal grey lines at bottom of my Mac screen.
I have already tried to reset SMC but it did not resolved my issue. I also ran diagnosis at startup and that is fine.
Please help me what needs to be done.

It may require Apple to evaluate the computer as you have already attempted things to resolve your issue. Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider
By the way - Apple Diagnosis is ok but not really the defacto for this type of issue.
