External display not waking from sleep on MacBook Pro M1

My MacBook Pro M1 is used mainly in clamshell mode with a dock (CalDigit TS3+). I've had absolutely no issues with the LG Ultrawide display waking from sleep until a 3-4 days ago. I had at least 3 months of service with this exact MacBook Pro/Monitor/TS3 dock. This new issue seems to coincide with the MacOS 11.3 or 11.3.1 update. I cannot be certain of that, but around the time I updated the MacBook Pro M1 stopped waking the external display from sleep. I'm forced to open the Laptop (the internal screen wakes) and then restart the machine to get the external monitor to work.

Hot swapping the DisplayPort external cable doesn't work. Pulling power to the CalDigit dock and reinserting doesn't work. Pulling the Thunderbolt uplink cable from the MacBook Pro M1 to the dock and reinserting, don't work. Only a full restart.

Here are specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)

Memory 16 GB

CalDigit TS3+ Firmware Version: 44.1

Display LG Ultrawide 2560 x 1080 (UW-UXGA - Ultra Wide - Ultra Extended Graphics Array)

Main Display: Yes

Mirror: Off
