Automation distortion

When using my iPhone 11 my automation is distorted when plugging in my charger. The speak text does not speak and when it does it’s very distorted. Also my Siri does not work when commanded to send a text.

Automations Stopped Working I have an iPhone 11 running 14.1 and just recently, my speak-text automations for plugging in and unplugging my phone stopped working. They had been working since I updated to iOS 14, but just recently stopped. I've tried restarting my phone, disabling and re-enabling the automations, as well as just deleting them and re-making them. I also noticed that my phone has its own pinging noise that is new (I think since the 14.1 update?) when it is plugged in that sounds like a notification and is different from the standard apple ping for plug in/unplug. I still get the notification that the animation is being run, but it just doesn't. Anyone have a fix? I know it's not the biggest deal, but I was enjoying every time I unplugged my phone, hearing "get that bread" lol.

iPhone 11 Pro Car Play Issue I recently upgraded to the 11 Pro (13.3 installed) and seem to have lost the function of Siri reading text messages out loud when using Car Play. My iPhone 7 had no issues doing this and was also running iOS 13. When a message is received, I click on it on the infotainment unit in my car (2019 Honda Accord). Siri appears on the screen and the squiggly line moves appearing as it is trying to read the message. After about a second or two it does not read anything out loud and simply gives me the options to reply, repeat, or cancel. Has anyone found a fix for this? Without the message read function Car Play is essentially useless to me.

iOS 15.5 & CarPlay Using an iPhone 12 Pro and running iOS 15.5. Vehicle has a stock stereo. After installing iOS 15.5, the handsfree functions of CarPlay have stopped working altogether. Siri no longer reads or is able to send a text message handsfree when my phone is plugged into one of the USB ports in my vehicle. Otherwise, the other features of CarPlay seem to work just fine. It's a new cable and is undamaged. Have tried a different USB port in the vehicle without success.
