Activation lock on my iPhone after restoring

I bought my iPhone X at the time of iPhone X. It was in a sealed box. So I’m the person who only used it right. I did restore it one or twice before but this time I restored it and when it comes to write the Apple ID n password it says incorrect Apple ID or password. I only have one Apple ID. There is email address with some letters hidden but it’s not mine. No body ever used this phone except me with only my Apple ID. What’s wrong with it. I restored it because Face ID was not working. Here is pic of the screen with the email address

Did you purchase this at an Apple Store or from an Authorized Apple Retailer?
