Macbook Pro 15inch hdmi not working

Hello,


I am using Macbook Pro 15inch 2019. All USB-c ports work fine.

But when I connect to an external monitor via HDMI, the HDMI is not working.


I tried a different monitor and HDMI cable. But still have the same issues.


Please help me with what should I do?

  1. Reset SMC by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset SMC. If that does not solve things then-
  2. Reset NVRAM/PRAM by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset NVRAM/PRAM.
