My wi-fi is working for my other devices, except my iphone is not picking up the wi-fi. How do I connect ? I'm trying to back up my iphone on my computer. Appears to be a software issue with my iphone maybe. What do I do ?

On your iPhone, open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings. Once this action is completed then you will have to re-enter your Wi-Fi password(s). Then, try connecting to Wi-Fi again.
