Flash is disabled

when opening my iPhone 5s rear camera ,iPhone shows black screen and caution symbol in flash .touch that symbol shows a message “flash is disabled”.

also torch not working .

i have restarted,reset done erase all data but no use. This problem started after the iOS 12.5.2 updation . Please give suggestions for fix this issue.

If the flash isn't working

Remove any case or film that might block the flash. ... If the LED flash doesn't work as a flashlight, contact Apple Support for help with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If the flash works only sometimes, open the Camera app and tap the flash button to choose a different setting.
