VMware Fusion and MAC routing

I have VMware Fusion installed on my macOS Big Sur 11.2.2 (20D80)

I need to route all Mac traffic through one of the virtual machines connected to vmnet1

How do I change routing table on Mac because each time I do this after reboot my config is gone

Ethernet and wi-fi simultaneously on my Mac I have a Mac Studio, a Virgin Media Hub 3 (in modem-only mode connected to a TP-Link Deco X6 wi-fi 6 mesh unit). I want to use ethernet connection on the Mac only but when I do this it seems to close down the wi-fi that many other devices are connected to. I know one option is to turn the Mac into a wi-fi hotspot but the speeds are slower. "Configure IPv4" set to Off doesn't fully disable IPv4 address usage Hello Everyone, I'm trying to configure Mac's WiFi network to use only IPv6 address, but even when I set the "Configure IPv4" setting to Off in WiFi Settings > TCP/IP, I still receive an IPv4 address on MacOS Ventura 13.6. My setup is as following: HOST: MacBook running Ventura 13.6 Internet received via USB 10/100/1000 LAN interface WiFi shared via IPv6 DNS64/NAT64 network created following the Apple Developer guide - Test for IPv6 DNS64/NAT64 Compatibility Regularly ("Create NAT64 Network" enabled in System Settings > General > Internet sharing > WiFi) CLIENT: Another MacBook running Ventura 13.6 WiFi interface only enabled and connected to the HOST's WiFi network "Configure IPv4" set to Off of that network (SSID > TCP/IP > ) "Configure IPv6" set to Automatically Is there a way I can fully disable the IPv4? If I set the "Configure IPv6" to Manually, I get an IPv6 on the second screen, but I have no internet connectivity. Whereas in the first can, I do. Thanks!

Ethernet connection not available in network list on iMac 2017 I need to connect a router by ethernet to configure it. However ethernet connection does not appear in the list in network connection setting on my iMac 2017. It wasn't there before I just upgraded to Big Sur and it's still not there. Please could someone advise how I can either set it up again or download a fix so I can use ethernet connection again, also for internet access via ethernet in the future if I need to. Thanks in advance, Cora

macOS on the Mac is the Host OS, and a VM is a Guest OS. Are you asking if Mac's network traffic can be 'forced' through vmnet1 to your router gateway? If yes, please describe exactly what you want to achieve with such behavior. What should macOS do, if you have shutdown the VM. Here is the Network settings UI for VMware.

Give this, I have the bridged connection as

ifconfig vmnet1 

vmnet1: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,SMART,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

	ether 00:50:56:c0:00:01 

	inet 192.168.12.1 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.12.255
