Error: disregard

Sorry. This was posted in error but for whatever reason Apple isn’t letting me delete it. So you prolly just want to move on…unless of course you have a Røde mic that isn’t working with Facebook Live.

This happened to us back in the fall. We contacted RØDE who said they were aware of the issue and working on it. Their only work-around:

—quit all apps

—disconnect the mic

—hard shut-down/restart (in our case, an iPad)

—launch only Facebook

—have your mic plug ready to insert and start the Live

—as soon as the vid goes live THEN plug in the mic (no need to wait)

it ‘s a pain but it’s been working ever since
