Making calls from my iPad

how do I make calls from my iPad. I tried and I get an a message that says that FaceTime and iCloud must np e signed into the same Apple ID to enable calls. Both devices are signed into the same Apple ID

iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular

Sign out and sign back in on both devices and then try the steps here:
