Not able to make calls from macbook

I have a single account for icloud, facetime and apple login. I receive phone calls on my mac but I am not able to make calls from my macbook.

It says "your iphone must use the same icloud and facetime account". I have verified it multiple times. Switched on and off both iphone and mac. Also, I've tried removing the apple ID and signing it back again on both devices.
