Hi. I have received an email from apple that my account has been suspended. To reopen my account they send a link and that link seems malicious. I’m attaching the screenshot of both, the email and the page appears after clicking the link. I want to know the authenticity of this email.

That's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
