As a senior, I need to enlarge my display in Big Sur, especially the apple tool bar

Can you enlarge the apple tool bar on Big Sur? As a senior I need to enlarge the whole Display. why did you delete that?

The only means to (artificially) enlarge what you want to change is by System Preferences > Displays panel, and set Resolution on the Display tab to Scaled. Then choose what works best for you between Larger text and More space categories.


Plan B. Eye exam and current prescription (for computer usage) from an Optometrist, without the changes in the first paragraph. This is what I have, it works well, and I am looking at a 4K display without issue.
