MacBook error when starting up

How can i fix this error everytime i switch on my macbook pro A1278 it brings that error i have tried to install the new IOS, custom installation by using a USB and a new hard disk but it brought that error. How can i fix it

This is the error I get when I try to upgrade to Monterey: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKDownloadError error 8.)" I'm not sure what is wrong and I would love any advice on how to fix this. "The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I just updated to Ventura 13.1 and the problem remains. As does the control strip/touch bar issue. Is Apple going downhill...SMH.
