Image capture is not detected mac camera

I am trying to use image capture and adobe premier pro to take photos or make videos on my new macbook (macOs big sur - m1). But the camera is not enabled, and I don't know how to fix it? Can you please suggest something?

PS: It does work for google chrome though.

I'm not sure entirely on this, but if my understanding of Premiere Pro is correct it's like iMovie or Final Cut. It doesn't work with a stream from a camera, but from recorded material - like the output from a video camera. But I'd ask on the Adobe website for help on that.
