Apple Watch paid for but can’t pick up??

Thanks. I posted a detailed account of what happened, thinking this was a Apple customer support chat, but once it posted I realized what this was. It was pointless to ask the community about the issue I had with the Apple store, but I couldn’t delete it, so I edited it to be almost nothing, thinking that nobody would reply since I wasn’t truly asking a question. Thank you for your input though!
