I can't see transcription on my voice mail . I don't know how to turn it on

I think you're asking about Visual Voicemail. This is a carrier provided feature. Contact your cellular provider who is responsible for that feature.
You don’t have an option to turn it on. Voicemail transcription is a beta feature that you may or may not see.
Before I switch to ipone 12 i was able to see the transcription from my voice mail . Is this something to do with phone too ? It's kinda annoying I have to listen the voicemail but can't read it
