Entering Multiple Scripts into Apple Pages

I'm attempting to create a document detailing different writing systems, except I've been running into a problem. Every time I try to input an Eastern Arabic numeral (١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠) into the document, it switches it automatically to a Western Arabic numeral (1234567890). I've tried changing the document language settings, except that then mucks up the already previously input Western Arabic numerals by changing them to Eastern Arabic numerals as well.

This is a headache that I'm not too keen on trying to keep working at, so if there is a solution I'd love to hear about it.
