My new MacBook Pro will not open the camera and microphone on ZOOM?

How can I get my camera and microphone to work with ZOOM conferences? I have gone to system

references and clicked on allow Zoom access to my camera and microphone.

I have a newly purchased Mac Book Pro 13. How do I get the camera to work on ZOOM?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Zoom not able to connect to camera and microphone I seem to have a similar problem as many other people. I am running macosx Mojave on a mid 2012 15" macbook pro. Zoom will prompt me to go to system settings and allow access to camera and microphone, but there is no + or - to add an app to the camera or microphone permissions. I have followed zooms troubleshooting, uninstalled it and reinstalled, where they later referred me to apple support. FaceTime and PhotoBooth work, no problem. I have reset pram, nvram and smc to no avail. I have tried sudo killall VDCAsstistant with no difference. Maybe revert to High Sierra? Anyone have any other solutions? Thank you much!

The camera of the Macbook doesn't work When my MacBook uses zoom to start a video conference, the camera cannot capture me, it shows a black screen. Then I tried to use the photo booth to do the experiment, and the camera still showed black. I remember very clearly last year when I used Zoom to have a video conference and it could be used normally, but now it's all black, why? (The voice function is normal, but the video cannot be turned on)

You need to get in touch with the developers of Zoom. This is a 3rd party app and is not supported by Apple and Apple will not be able to offer any support in getting your app to work correctly.
