Why new iPhone gets hot

Iam an new user of new iPhone 11 . I can face a few problems like

1) heating issues

2) I think it slightly lagging Performance in home screen

3) app are stopping it self and comes back to Home Screen

for the overheating, let the iphone recharge then use it.
