macOS Catalina Security Update 2021-002 10.15.7. on MacBook Pro

I am unable to update to macOS Catalina Security Update 2021-002 10.15.7 on my MacBook Pro. I keep getting a request to restart, and nothing happens after I do. Just a message that I need to update.
