M1 version of MacbookPro is connected to the 4K 60hz refresh rate monitor yellow screen and blurry screen appear via the official docking station (A2119).

The problems with the monitor, htmi2.1 cable, and docking station have been ruled out.

After the screen is unplugged and replugged, it will temporarily return to normal (4k 60hz), but once it enters sleep and wakes up again, this problem will recur 100%.

This issue has been communicated with the talented engineer. The engineer told me that this is a common problem existing in m1 and needs to be resolved by the system update, but it has been 3 or 4 months, and I have not seen the official Apple issue regarding this issue. Any updates.

When can we handle it?

Are you running the most current version of macOS? Early versions of Big Sur had problems with HDMI on M1 Macs as you seem to be aware of.

Apple doesn't post updates for specific issues like that unless it is some zero-day exploit or they need to fix something they broke in an update. In the normal updates, they provide information about the security content, here: Apple security updates - Apple Support

Sometimes, if important enough, the update message in Software Update has some info.

However, they no longer post the updates as standalone files, so there isn't a page that talks about the content of the update.

Major Issues:
Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.
No Time Machine backup - Time Machine backup not found.
Gatekeeper disabled - Gatekeeper security protection is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.
Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

Having no backup and disabling system security if a formula for disaster.

I will look into the rest of the report but please fix this.

Configuration Files:
  /etc/hosts - Count: 5 - Corrupt!

If this file is corrupt, it may mean that you either made a mistake in editing it (most likely), or that some software tried to modify it.

You have a bunch of login items and a lot of stuff that I'm unfamiliar with.

Nothing that seems to bear a direct relation to the present issue, though.

Yes, it will appear as long as the sleep wake-up (no matter manual or automatic), but it seems that if it is a very long sleep (more than 12 hours), this problem may not occur.

Directly using the HDMI Port of the M1 Mini may not cause this problem, it will only appear when you need to use Apple's official TypeC Hub (A2119).
