-Are you referring to the MagSafe charger itself, and that it is no longer charging your iPhone?

-Which iPhone model are you attempting to charge with this charger?

-What do you mean by you tried on 2 different bases? Meaning you tried charging your iPhone with two different MagSafe chargers?

-Do you use a case on your iPhone that is not charging on this charger?

-Does the iPhone charge without issue when connecting the normal cable and power adapter?
